How do I switch from Mojo Dialer to TalkerIQ?
To switch from Mojo Dialer, sign up for TalkerIQ, start on a temporary number and import your lead lists. If you dial with your own number as caller ID, port it from your carrier to TalkerIQ. For Mojo Caller ID numbers, ask Mojo support about porting. Export your Mojo data before cancelling — Mojo purges accounts 90 days after cancellation.

Is there a contract to cancel with Mojo?
No. Mojo says all subscriptions are prepaid monthly with no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. You can set up TalkerIQ first, move your lists, then cancel Mojo at the end of your billing month.
Will I lose my number if I leave Mojo?
If you dial with your own number as caller ID, it belongs to your carrier, so leaving Mojo doesn't affect it — port it to TalkerIQ or keep it where it is. For Mojo Caller ID numbers, ask Mojo support before you cancel.
Can I port a Mojo Caller ID number?
Mojo's public site doesn't publish a port-out process for Mojo Caller ID numbers, so ask Mojo support before you cancel. If they can be ported, send us the details and we file and track the port.
What happens to my Mojo leads and call history?
Mojo keeps your data for 90 days after cancellation, then purges contacts, calls, notes and purchased data. Export what you need first and import your lists into TalkerIQ or your CRM.
Can I still dial multiple lines on TalkerIQ?
Yes. The power dialer, local presence and voicemail drop are on Growth, and the predictive dialer for multi-line pacing is on Pro, so you can keep the pace you had on Mojo and answer the callbacks too.
How long does it take to move from Mojo?
Most agents are dialing on TalkerIQ the same day. Number ports depend on the carriers involved; dial from a temporary TalkerIQ number in the meantime, so there is no downtime.
